About this opportunity

180 Degrees Consulting is described by the organisation as the world's largest youth-led social impact consultancy, with more than 210 branches across over 38 countries. Each year the network trains more than 11,000 consultants who support nonprofits, social enterprises and other socially conscious organisations. Two volunteer routes are open for 2026, one for individuals and one for student teams.

The Global Leadership Team route is for master's students, recent graduates and young professionals who want to help shape the organisation itself. Team members support strategy, partnerships, communications, consulting quality, impact measurement, finance, business development, data analytics and marketing, and they work with colleagues from different countries in a remote friendly environment.

The branch route is for students who want to establish a new 180 Degrees Consulting branch at their university. Founders build an organisation from the ground up, gain real consulting experience with local clients, and join an international network with training and organisational support behind them.
