AYCF is looking for professionals who: Are passionate about climate justice and youth empowerment Have experience in programme management, communications, grant management, development, or related fields Understand Africa’s climate and sustainable development landscape Can build partnerships and deliver impactful programmes Available Positions 1. Programs & Community Support Manager Location: Remote (Africa) Salary: USD 2,500–3,000 per month Contract: One-year renewable Responsibilities Lead programme implementation and community engagement activities Support youth-led climate projects across Africa Build strategic partnerships Promote inclusive and participatory grant-making processes 2.
Communications & Youth Engagement Officer Location: Remote (Africa) Salary: USD 1,500–2,000 per month Contract: One-year renewable Responsibilities Develop communication and storytelling strategies Amplify youth voices in climate action Manage digital platforms and engagement campaigns Build and strengthen youth communities across Africa 3.
