About this opportunity

Deloitte Nigeria is recruiting graduate trainees for 2026, and this round runs across two service lines: Consulting, where strategy and implementation are delivered from both a business and a technology point of view, and Tax and Legal, which covers the firm's fully integrated tax advisory services.

Each opportunity is designed to help you build your career your way, learning from industry leaders and developing the in-demand skills that make an impact, whether that is for clients, for people or for society.

The requirements are clearly stated. You need a minimum of second class upper (or upper credit) from a recognised university or polytechnic in any discipline, a credit in at least five O'level subjects including Mathematics and English obtained in one sitting, and you must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme.

Two things to check before you apply: you must be no more than 26 years old as at the date of application, and you must not have written the Deloitte aptitude test before. Applications close on Friday, 9 October 2026, so if you meet the criteria, it is worth submitting early.
