About this opportunity
The cashew value chain is one of the quiet engines of rural livelihoods across Africa and the Caribbean, and the e-MOVE initiative is looking for young agripreneurs who see opportunity in it. Whether your idea touches processing, farming services, logistics or sustainability within the cashew chain, this final call wants to hear it.
The route to applying is part training, part pitch. You first register on the atingi learning platform or the e-MOVE landing page, complete the required e-learning courses, and build your business idea into a completed AgriCanvas. The certificate ID from your courses becomes part of your submission, and the finished AgriCanvas goes directly into the official submission form, no uploads, only form entries are reviewed.
Winners receive one of two kickstart prizes: €2,000 in direct funding to boost the business, or a laptop, tablet or software to keep operations running. Participation is completely free of charge, including the required e-learning courses. Submissions close on 30 October 2026.
This call is open to applicants aged 18 and above who are based in a member state of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS). An independent evaluation committee assesses the concept notes against the programme's published terms and conditions.

Who can apply
- Aged 18 and above
- Based in an OACPS member state
- Young or emerging agripreneur with an innovative business idea related to any part of the cashew value chain

Do I need to pay anything to enter?
No. Participation is completely free, and the required e-learning courses are also offered at no cost.
