About this opportunity
The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program, delivered with Jobberman, places recent graduates into 12 months of professional experience with host organisations, alongside skills development and meaningful steps towards their career goals. Cohort 2 is open to young people across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia who graduated recently and have between zero and two years of work experience.
Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program alumni are also welcome to apply. Applications run from 21 September to 21 October 2026.
