About this opportunity
Most people building something in their community are not short of ideas. They are short of company, honest feedback and the time to think. The Melton Foundation Global Solvers Accelerator is built around exactly that gap, and applications for the 2027 cohort are open until 15 November 2026.
The Accelerator is a ten month leadership and peer learning programme for emerging changemakers aged 20 to 35 who are already driving social impact where they live. Each year a cohort of 15 to 20 practitioners from around the world comes together to learn with and from one another while strengthening the projects they lead. Past cohorts have spanned every continent and all seventeen Sustainable Development Goals, and the Foundation reports that its participants have expanded projects, built new partnerships and influenced policy conversations.
It is not a fully sponsored programme. Participants pay a USD 900 fee, only once selected, with scholarships of up to 80 percent available for proven need, and those fees also seed a shared fund that is awarded to participant projects towards the end of the ten months. The week long in person Global Solvers Co Lab in Germany from 3 to 10 July 2027 is fully funded.

Eligibility
Emerging changemakers aged 20 to 35 who are actively driving social impact in their communities.
Practitioners working across education, climate action, public health, civic engagement, livelihoods, disability inclusion and other areas of social change.
People who are curious, open minded and forward thinking team players, at ease working with people from different cultures, backgrounds and identities, online and in person.
Eligibility
Sufficient English language skills to take full part in every aspect of the programme.
Roughly four hours per week to commit, including online engagement, regular meet ups and project based assignments.
Availability to attend the week long Global Solvers Co Lab in Germany from 3 to 10 July 2027.
A readiness to learn, unlearn and relearn with peers, and to give to the learning community as much as is taken from it.
