About this opportunity

A business idea and a running business are different countries, and most young founders get stuck at the border. The missing pieces are rarely cleverness or energy. They are structure, mentorship, and a little capital that arrives at exactly the right moment.

That is what Orange Corners Nigeria offers. Launched in 2019 by the Kingdom of the Netherlands and implemented by FATE Foundation, the incubation programme has been moving through cohorts for years, and Cohort 16 is now open. It is a six month journey built for young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35 who want to turn early stage ventures into sustainable businesses.

What you get

Enterprise management training through interactive workshops on strategy, finance and marketing. Business incubation and advisory with tailored guidance for scaling your venture, including industry visits. Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and connections to local and international markets. And funding support of up to 30,000 euros for prototype development and testing, the kind of capital that takes a product from sketch to something customers can hold.

Who should apply

Young entrepreneurs in Nigeria within the 18 to 35 age band who are serious about building a sustainable venture. The programme runs applications from 1 September to 30 November 2026, and Cohort 16 sessions are anchored in Lagos.
