About this opportunity
The Africa Scholarship Programme is Wageningen University and Research's route for talented and motivated students from Africa to pursue a Master's degree at the university and to support capacity building in Africa. It covers a two year on campus MSc beginning in September 2027.
The scholarship lists four components: travel to and from The Netherlands, a living allowance for the duration of the programme (24 months), tuition fee coverage for the duration of the programme (24 months), and visa costs and costs for health insurance. No individual cash figure is printed.
To be considered, applicants must have submitted a complete application for one of the university's MSc programmes before December 1, 2026, and be unconditionally admitted to that programme. The page notes that obtaining the required English language test results may take several weeks, and strongly recommends planning the test well in advance.
