About this opportunity

Applications are open for the Flour Mills of Nigeria Exclusive Engineering Programme 3.0, an early-career track built to prepare graduate engineers for future operational leadership roles in manufacturing. Since 1960, FMN has been feeding Nigerian homes through the Golden Penny brand, and this programme is its pathway for young engineering talent to grow inside one of the country’s leading food and agro-allied companies.

The programme focuses on building technical and operational capability for careers in manufacturing, production and plant environments, with a training emphasis on manufacturing, production, and health, safety and environment. Selected participants gain a comprehensive development programme, hands-on experience and real-world projects that point toward leadership positions in operations.

FMN is looking for graduate engineers with a B.Eng., B.Tech. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university or polytechnic. You must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme, have zero to two years of relevant experience in a core manufacturing, production or plant environment, and be 27 years old or younger. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are an added advantage.

Applications run through FMN’s official online form and there is no published closing date, so it is best to apply early and keep an eye on your email and phone, because only candidates who meet the
