About this opportunity
The Fund for Innovation in Development funds innovations that reduce global poverty and inequality, letting innovators test ideas, build rigorous evidence and scale the most cost-effective solutions. Five of its six grant tracks follow a staged approach that calibrates the award to the strength of evidence on impact, cost-effectiveness and scalability.
The tracks are Prepare Grants up to €50,000, Stage 1 Pilot Grants up to €200,000, Stage 2 Test and Position for Scale up to €1,500,000, Stage 3 Transition to Scale €1,500,000–€4,000,000, an Innovation and Public Policies Grant up to €500,000, and an Evidence and Public Policies Grant up to €500,000. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and organisations based in low- and middle-income countries eligible for OECD-DAC official development assistance are specifically encouraged to apply.
